THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE CHECK IN
Do I need to bring sheets and towels?
Some of the homes and units has linen provided and some do not, it is best
to check with your reservationist for more information. We can arrange hire
linen for you if you do not wish to bring any with you.
Do I need to bring paper towels, dish soap and other necessary items?
Every unit is provided with a starter set of toilet tissue, laundry
detergent and dish soap. Any additional items need to be purchased by the
guest.
Do you have pet-friendly properties?
Most of our properties are not pet friendly but we have a few select pet
friendly properties contact your reservationist for more information.
Do you provide bikes, cribs and beach necessities?
The properties do not provide beach towels, sundries or these items, but we
can arrange for the hire of port-a-cot and highchair.
For your convenience, each property comes with the following:
Start-up supplies of dishwasher and laundry detergent, toilet paper.
Every kitchen is fully equipped.
Iron and Ironing board.
Rubbish pickup and receptacles
Deposits
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a booking
confirmation and deposit request. Payment of the deposit of the rental
isrequired to guarantee your reservation. Payment should be mailed to:
Beaches of 1770 Realty. Please use your RED reference number when paying
online.
Bond
Credit card details are held as bond. If you do not supply credit card
details then $300 is required to be held as bond, this will be returned once
the property has been cleaned.
Balances
Your balance is due 30 days (peak) and 14 days (off peak) prior to arrival
and can be paid by personal check, online or by credit card.
Cancellation
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 30 days prior
to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of your deposit . Cancellation after 30
days of arrival results in loss of total payment unless property is
re-booked.
Arrival/Departure
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Late arrivals are no
problem as we do have a key safe in the front of our shop.
Occupancy
The occupancy of each accommodation is limited to the number of persons
indicated on your rental confirmation. Any exception must be approved by the
management of Beaches of 1770 Realty.

Our friendly staff include Jo as the Holiday Property Manager, Mary is the owner and Permanent Rental Manager. We also have Teresa, who works with all aspects of the office and is also the Body Corporate assistant.
